National Board Certification is a rigorous, performance-based process that recognizes teachers who meet the highest standards in teaching practice. It requires months of preparation, reflective practice, detailed student work analysis, and a comprehensive assessment of content knowledge and instructional strategies. Fewer than 3% of teachers nationwide achieve this prestigious distinction, making this accomplishment truly exceptional.
